Everyone gets their first time trying out new things. It is entirely reasonable for first-timers to find it awkward in executing new skills or getting used to the feeling of wearing new clothing or accessory.
The feeling is similar to how a baby practices his first few steps. He might wobble a bit, or even stumble in the process. However, all those pitfalls are part of the learning process. Sooner or later, he’ll get the hang of it.
But, how would a dog react if asked to try out something new?
Jary tries on her new snow boots.
Winter’s coming, so everybody needs to get themselves ready for the cold temperatures. As such, South Dakota police officers invested in new snow wear to keep them cozy while on duty. But, the police department also prepared their furry K9 friends before reporting for duty.
As such, Jary the dog got herself new snow boots to try out. After the fitting, the dog excitedly takes on her first few steps with the snow boots on.
Excuse me. How do I walk in these?
Before Jary stood up, he looks thrilled to have new boots finally. But, the moment she walked with her snow boots on, that’s where the “problem” started.
Jary finds it a bit awkward to walk in those boots. Due to this, her first few steps looked uncoordinated, akin to how a baby tries out walking. The dog comically raises each leg, as if attempting to shake the boots off.
Though he manages to take one step at a time, Jary still finds it odd to walk. Thankfully, the police officers thought of an idea.
Let’s play for a while, shall we?
With the funny way Jary walks with boots on, the policemen tried playing fetch with her. The plan seems to work, except that the dog still walks with legs sticking out at odd angles.
Finding the scenario hilarious, the policemen posted the video clip on their social media page.
